The marketing coordinator reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for managing various marketing projects, events and processes. The position involves developing different products, interacting with merchants and customers and ensuring that our website, collateral and other methods of communication precisely reflect our brand.

  • Monitor online blogs to track communication related to our brand
  • Implement Project Management system to document and track activities
  • Collaborate with executive team to develop marketing campaigns
  • Execute and analyze results of marketing campaigns and advertisements
  • Attend trade shows, city tours, company sponsored events & promotions
  • Provide product positioning materials and training for marketing associates
  • Assist with the writing delivery and tracking of press releases
  • Develop marketing strategies with objectives, targets and measures
  • Produce bi-weekly newsletter and distribute to our e-mail marketing list
  • Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials and references
  • Post website content, events and news summaries on social media sites
  • Monitor social mentions and followers
  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional marketing department

Campus Representative Program

At Biribiaa! our mission is to make people’s lives easier. A Campus Representative is responsible for creating brand awareness on your campus, driving sales, finding events to sponsor.

Throughout the semester, you will actively work on innovative marketing programs. Together with fellow Campus Reps from your school, you will put together strategic marketing plans and then execute, report on, and evaluate each campaign.

  • Organize events that will increase awareness of our brand
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns
  • Work with other reps to create and execute strategic marketing plans for each marketing campaigns
  • Spread the word on your campus with promotions, online social networking, postering and prize giveaways
  • Communicate effectively with Marketing Coordinator and reps
  • Capture (photo, video, audio), summarize and provide reports on all of your work
  • Educate students on the benefits of shopping online

All applicants must be current college students in good standing. Students must be willing to dedicate at least 4 hours a week to this program.

  • Reliable, organized and self motivated
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Active user of social media
  • Highly involved on campus (organizations, clubs, unions, etc.)
